过敏性鼻炎是一种常见的鼻腔变态反应性疾病,病因复杂,往往迁延不愈。 1994年3月我们采用先灵葆雅(中国)有限公司生产的得宝松注射液,经蝶腭凹行上颌神经阻滞术治疗过敏性鼻炎54例,取得良好疗效。现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 本组54例,其中男性24例,女性30例,年龄为15～52岁,病程大多在2年以上,最长达8年。 1.2 诊断依据 患者有鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流清涕、嗅觉减退等症状。检查时可见鼻腔粘膜苍白水肿,或呈紫灰色。在54例患者中,有31例患者的鼻分泌物中能找到嗜酸性细胞或多量杯状细胞。 1.3 治疗方法
Allergic rhinitis is a common nasal allergy disease, the etiology is complex, often delayed healing. In March of 1994, we adopted Delo - Songsong Injection manufactured by Schering-Plow (China) Co., Ltd. and treated 54 cases of allergic rhinitis with transsphenoidal palate and maxillary nerve block. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 54 cases in this group, including 24 males and 30 females, aged 15 to 52 years old, most of the course of 2 years or more, up to 8 years. 1.2 Diagnosis based on patients with nasal itching, stuffy nose, sneezing, runny nose, smell and other symptoms. Check visible nasal mucosa pale edema, or purple gray. In 54 patients, 31 patients with nasal secretions can find eosinophils or a large number of goblet cells. 1.3 treatment
