武汉钢铁(集团)公司副总经理邓奇琳:作为单位行政领导,邓总在评模表先、晋级提干、外出学习等,都给女职工特殊优惠。在公司生产资金十分紧张的情况下,他仍十分注重女职工劳动保护设施的健全和维修。在他的关心下,武钢的《女职工劳动保护规定》不断修改和完善,仅今年就增加了10条内容,修改了8个方面的条款。在他的建议下,公司专门建立了适合女职工工作的第三产业,使武钢井下作业的女职工全部在地面工作,有效地保护了女职工的身心健康。
