在努力降低综合能源费用的过程中,电站经理们已经采取了很多措施来提高他们的工厂效率,包括节能、自发电以及设备改造等。其中较为广泛采用的一项技术是吸收式制冷。在很多场合都可以利用工业余热来制冷,如空调,工艺冷却,干燥以及冷藏等等。吸收式制冷与工业上传统的压缩式制冷有某些相似之处,但是机理不同。在压缩式制冷循环中,介质蒸汽被压缩到一定的压力。在这个压力下,介质的潜热通过冷凝器释放。介质变成液体。经膨胀伐节流膨胀,它的温度进一步下降,液体在较低的压力下向蒸发器流动。
In an effort to reduce overall energy costs, power plant managers have taken many steps to increase their plant efficiencies, including energy conservation, self-generation, and equipment modification. One of the more widely used technologies is absorption refrigeration. In many occasions, industrial waste heat can be used for cooling, such as air conditioning, process cooling, drying and refrigeration. Absorption refrigeration has some similarities with traditional industrial compression refrigeration, but the mechanism is different. In the compression refrigeration cycle, the medium vapor is compressed to a certain pressure. At this pressure, the latent heat of the medium is released through the condenser. The medium becomes liquid. As the expansion expands and throtts, its temperature drops further and the liquid flows to the evaporator at a lower pressure.
