色彩的感染力是巨大的,其色彩的搭配不同、文化地域不同,都会使人们产生不同的心理感受。色彩是餐饮空间中最重要的要素之一,它不仅可以表达餐厅的主题思想,也可以烘托环境氛围,是构成空间环境不可缺少的要素之一,也是彰显主体性、意境美的重要因素。餐饮空间中按照不同地域、不同时期以及不同菜系分类的主题餐厅,因其地理位置不同、文化不同等,都会产生不同的色彩文化象征性。
