实际系统运行方式多样,针对单个运行方式配置参数的静止同步补偿器附加阻尼控制可能在系统参数变化后抑制低频振荡效果不佳。文章采用总体最小二乘法旋转不变技术的信号参数估计法辨识系统传递函数及其留数,考虑运行方式的变化会导致区域间振荡模式对应的留数变化,综合不同运行方式下的留数信息,提出基于留数的静止同步补偿器附加阻尼鲁棒控制方法,改善控制器对运行方式的适应性。仿真结果表明,相对于传统方法,设计的静止同步补偿器鲁棒控制器能够稳定有效地抑制低频振荡,对系统运行方式变化的适应能力更强。
The actual system operating modes are diverse, the static synchronous compensator with single operating mode additional damping control may inhibit the low-frequency oscillation after system parameters change poorly. In this paper, the signal transfer function and its residual number are identified by the signal parameter estimation method of the global least squares rotation invariant technique. Considering the change of the operation mode, it will lead to the change of the residual number corresponding to the inter-area oscillation mode. Combining the residual information under different operation modes , An additional damping robust control method based on the residue of the stationary synchronous compensator is proposed to improve the adaptability of the controller to the operation mode. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional method, the designed robust synchronous compensator controller can stably and effectively suppress the low-frequency oscillations and has more adaptability to the changes of the system operating modes.
