用一种简便方法来校检红外成象器。将一平面平行反射镜接到一基准机械法兰盘,就可确定机械轴。用一改进的双波段自动准直仪测量光轴与机械轴间的误差。在垂直方向,相对于探测器垂直横移透镜并在水平方向保持扫描反射镜方向无位移的方法实现校检。测角精度于自动准直仪光源的焦长和取决于热象仪视频输出方式测定图象位置的电子电路。
Use a simple method to calibrate the infrared imager. Attach a plane parallel mirror to a reference mechanical flange to determine the mechanical axis. An improved dual-band autocollimator was used to measure the error between the optical axis and the mechanical axis. The calibration is done in a vertical direction by shifting the lens vertically with respect to the detector and keeping the scanning mirror in the horizontal direction without displacement. Angle accuracy of the autocollimator light source focal length and depending on the thermal imager output of the image to determine the location of the electronic circuit.
