对广州市教师继续教育管理面临的新形势与制约因素进行分析,在此基础上,提出了广州市教师继续教育“四位一体”培训与管理模式的建议。
Based on the analysis of the new situation and restricting factors that the faculty continuing education in Guangzhou faces, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the “four in one” training and management mode of the faculty continuing education in Guangzhou.
