铸造起重机的桥架由主梁、副梁和端梁构成空间框架结构。连接节点实际是刚性的。在载荷作用下,各梁的工作互有影响。主梁上的载荷也影响到副梁的内力,副梁上的载荷也影响到主梁的内力,端梁起着传力的作用,这就是桥架的空间工作。过去在结构设计中,为了简化,大多按简支梁来计算,这是不符合实际情况的,因而往往采用较大的安全系数来处理,造成材料的浪费。本文拟对桥架的空间工作进行一些探讨,提出较为简便的分析方法,供读者参考,不当之处请指正。
Casting cranes bridge by the main beam, subframe and end beams form a space frame structure. The connection node is actually rigid. Under the action of load, the work of each beam influences each other. The load on the main girder also affects the internal force of the auxiliary girder. The load on the auxiliary girder also affects the internal force of the main girder. The end girder plays the role of transmission force. This is the space work of the bridge. In the past in the structural design, in order to simplify, mostly according to the simple support beam to calculate, this is does not conform to the actual situation, therefore often uses the bigger safety factor to handle, causes the material the waste. This paper intends to explore some of the bridge space work, put forward a more simple analytical methods for readers reference, please correct me wrong.
