目的了解武汉市江夏区家蝇对5种常见杀虫剂的抗性水平,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法,检测江夏区家蝇野外种群对DDVP、甲基吡恶磷、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯5种杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果 2010年江夏区家蝇对DDVP和胺菊酯的抗性较低,LD50分别为0.19927和0.65550μg/♀,抗性倍数均在10倍以内,属低抗性(或耐药性);对氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯均已产生高抗性,LD50分别为0.81560和0.64850μg/♀,抗性倍数分别为177.3和231.6倍。结论应根据抗药性调查结果科学合理使用杀虫剂,提倡综合防治。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Musca domestica to five common insecticides in Jiangxia district of Wuhan, and to provide the basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The micro-drip method was used to detect the resistance level of housefly in the field to the five insecticides DDVP, MCPV, beta-cypermethrin, tetramethrin and cypermethrin. Results In 2010, houseflies in Jiangxia district had lower resistance to DDVP and tetramethrin, with LD50 values of 0.19927 and 0.65550μg / ♀, respectively, with resistance multiple of 10 times, which was low resistance (or drug resistance) Cypermethrin and alpha-cypermethrin have been highly resistant, LD50 were 0.81560 and 0.64850μg / ♀, resistance multiples were 177.3 and 231.6 times. Conclusion According to the result of drug resistance investigation, pesticides should be used scientifically and rationally to promote integrated prevention and treatment.
