“洋啤酒”纷纷抢滩中国市场 像许多“洋货”进入中国市场一样,“洋啤酒”从零星寄售、原装向中国进口,到大规模投资办厂直接生产。自90年代以来,外资开始大规模收购啤酒国企的股权。通过合资、合作、租赁、许可证生产、独家代理等形式在中国抢滩登陆的外国啤酒品牌和大公司超过了20个,目前,世界排名前10位的啤酒大集团在中国均已找到合作伙伴。据不完全统计,国内已有50多家啤酒骨干企业被迫通过合资来增强竞争力,还有10多个厂在酝酿合资和与外方
“Yangyang Beer” has rushed to the Chinese market. Like many “foreign goods” entering the Chinese market, “Yangyang Beer” has been consigned from sporadic consignments, originally imported from China, and has been directly invested in large-scale investment and production. Since the 1990s, foreign capital has begun a large-scale acquisition of stakes in beer state-owned enterprises. There are more than 20 foreign beer brands and large companies landing in China through joint ventures, cooperation, leasing, license production, and exclusive agency. Currently, the world’s top 10 beer groups have all found partners in China. According to incomplete statistics, more than 50 beer backbone enterprises in China have been forced to increase their competitiveness through joint ventures, and more than 10 factories are brewing joint ventures and foreign parties.
