随着社会主义市场经济的发展,企业之间的竞争更加激烈,产品的生命周期缩短、顾客的消费水平提高、企业内外部环境变化都对企业的管理水平提出了更高的要求,显然传统的管理模式已经不适应新时期的要求,严重束缚了企业的发展,这使迫切需要新的管理模式来推动企业的发展,弹性管理就应运而生了,通过弹性管理体制可以对企业实行人性化、弹性化管理,最大限度地调动员工的积极性和主动性,有利于协调企业内部组织,成为推动经济向前快速发展的关键因素,本文就弹性管理的相关概念和重要作用以及弹性管理中应注意的问题进行了简要阐述。
