目的:采用响应面法优化芹叶铁线莲中总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法:选用乙醇为提取溶剂,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间为自变量,总皂苷得率为响应值,采用响应面法优化芹叶铁线莲总皂苷的提取工艺参数。结果:最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%,提取时间60 min,液料比0.02 g/mL,此条件下芹叶铁线莲总皂苷得率为8.368 mg/g,接近模型预测值8.597 mg/g。二项式拟合复相关系数R2=0.9925。结论:应用响应面法优选的芹叶铁线莲总皂苷提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total saponins from Clematis giganteum by response surface methodology. Methods: Ethanol was used as extraction solvent. The ethanol concentration, the ratio of solid to liquid and the extraction time were used as independent variables. The yield of total saponins was used as the response value. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction parameters of Clemson. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 80%, the extraction time was 60 min and the ratio of liquid to material was 0.02 g / mL. Under this condition, the yield of total saponins from Clematis ochrocephala was 8.368 mg / g, close to the predicted value of 8.597 mg / g. Binomial fitting complex correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9925. Conclusion: The extraction of total saponins from Clematis ochrocephala with response surface methodology is stable, reasonable and feasible.
