管理效率是企业的生命线,文章分析了IS09000质量管理体系应用于石油施工企业管理工作的重要意义和可行性。以IS09000质量管理基本原则为指导思想,提出了运用PDCA循环法解决石油施工企业一系列问题。建议建立一种机制,化遇到问题被动地去解决为主动找到问题来预防,借此来提高企业管理效率。
Management efficiency is the lifeblood of enterprises. The article analyzes the significance and feasibility of IS09000 quality management system applied to the management of petroleum construction enterprises. Taking IS09000 basic principle of quality management as guiding ideology, this paper put forward a series of problems to solve petroleum construction enterprise by PDCA cycle method. It is suggested to establish a mechanism to solve the problem encountered passively to find the problem to prevent, in order to improve the efficiency of business management.
