本文运用管理学和社会学研究方法对我国现行的体育训练体制及教练员、运动员人力资源进行了研究。通过量化及相关理论研究发现 ,教练员、运动员对我国现行运动训练诸因素的评价并不是很高 ,仅训练条件这一因素达到理想分数的 6 4.6 0 % ,而其它各因素均处于“差”的水平 ,与他们的理想得分相差甚远。研究发现 ,教练员、运动员在人力资源的进取精神、协作精神、创新精神、情感因素等 4因素自我评价的得分是理想得分的 6 0~ 70 % ,处于“中”的水平 ,而献身精神、个人才能发挥 2因素的得分是理想得分的 30~ 5 0 % ,提出了对策与建议
