科技成果的转化是知识经济的主要体现,是科教兴国的重要组成部分。作为知识密集、技术密集的医疗卫生系统,科技成果的转化是除医疗、科研和教学外非常重要的一项工作。然而,由于当前国家政策的调整,使军队科技成果转化工作出现前景不明朗的情况,给我们的成果转化工作带来了相当的困难,主要是“出口”不畅。但如果放弃成果转化,则“科技是第一生产力”又无法落实,同时也挫伤科技成果拥有者的创新积极性。为此医院于1998年7月重新成立了科技成果开发办公室,旨在向外推广、转化我院的科研成果,现已运行一年多,已有两项成果进入转化过程,另外还有一些成果处于待转化状态。为使医院科技成果的转化正规运行,我们分析了医院科技成果转化的现状、转化过程中存在的问题并提出相应的对策。
