采用改进单纯形最优化方法,以较少实验次数获得电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)多元素同时测定的良好折衷条件,并用TRS-80微处理机设计了单纯形法的计算程序。在所选定的操作条件下,研究了测定铝合金及钢样中痕量元素的方法。选择合适的分析线,基体效应和共存元素之间的光谱干扰可忽略不计,大多数元素均可用纯水溶液标准系列进行测定。以分析线近旁背景作内标,分析了铝合金及钢样中Ni、Ti、Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn、Co、Cr、Mg和Mo10种元素,结果准确。10种元素回收率为90%~108%,相对标准偏差为3.7%~6.5%。
An improved simplex optimization method was used to obtain the good compromise conditions for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with fewer experiments. The simplex method was also designed by TRS-80 microprocessor program. In the selected operating conditions, the study of the determination of trace elements in aluminum alloys and steel samples. By selecting the appropriate analytical line, the spectral interference between the matrix effect and the coexisting element is negligible, and most elements can be measured using the standard series of pure aqueous solutions. The analysis results of Ni, Ti, Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn, Co, Cr, Mg and Mo in the aluminum alloy and steel samples were analyzed with the background near the analytical line as an internal standard. The results were accurate. The recoveries of 10 elements ranged from 90% to 108% with relative standard deviations of 3.7% -6.5%.
