本文讨论了预烧结温度对YGdCaVInIG(钇钆钙钒钢铁柘榴石)样品形状畸变的影响,研究了产生形状畸变的原因,得到了制备高性能、无畸变YGdCaVInIG柘榴石材料的工艺。
In this paper, the effect of pre-sintering temperature on the shape distortion of YGdCaVInIG samples was investigated. The reason of the shape distortion was studied. The technology of preparing high-performance YGdCaVInIG garnet materials with high distortion and high distortion was obtained.
