以蓝蓟种子为试材,研究了秋水仙素不同浓度(CK、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%)、不同处理时间(12、24、36、48h)对蓝蓟种子发芽及幼苗生长性状的影响。结果表明:时间相同,浓度不同,浓度越高对蓝蓟种子发芽和生长的抑制作用越强,且有一定的畸变率;叶片表面肥厚粗糙不平,呈暗绿色,浓度越大影响越明显。随浓度增大和处理时间的延长,蓝蓟种子的发芽率、发芽势均呈现降低现象,当浓度为0.40%、时间在48h时发芽率为36%,发芽势为16%。随着秋水仙素浓度增大,蓝蓟苗期的苗高、叶长逐渐减小,叶宽变大,生命力较短。
