我厂生产的液压牛头刨床及液压插床由于液压系统设计欠合理,存在着油温高、换向冲击大等问题,以致机床由于热变形而精度降低,不能连续工作,影响利用率,功率损耗也大,同时也因不能提高速度而使生产率降低。据用户反映,B690液压牛头刨床夏天一般使用四小时后,油温便达70~80℃,而插床的温升更高;由于换向冲击大,B690刨床一般使用到Ⅱ级速度(8~16米/分),Ⅲ级速度很少使用,而Ⅳ级速度就不能用了,液压插床则已经停产。为了更好地改进它们,使之能适应我国工业发展的需要,我们对液压刨、插床的液压系统作了一些探讨,并提出改进意见,望批评指正。现对B690液压刨床作如下分析:

According to the user, B690 hydraulic shaper four hours after the general use of summer, the oil temperature reached 70 ~ 80 ℃, and the higher temperature of the slot; due to the commutation impact, B690 planer generally used to Ⅱ speed (8 ~ 16 M / min), Ⅲ speed rarely used, and Ⅳ speed can not be used, the hydraulic slot has been discontinued. In order to better improve them so that they can adapt to the needs of our country’s industrial development, we made some discussions on the hydraulic system of hydraulic planing and slotting machines, and put forward suggestions for improvement and hope to criticize and correct them.
