用支气管肺泡冲洗方法与扫描电镜技术观察石英对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞表面结构的影响。结果表明,石英能激发细胞的吞噬活性,加速细胞崩解,被激活细胞的表面皱摺或指状突起变粗大,继而减少,表面光秃,失去细胞表面特征。有的细胞表面皱摺减少或消失,指状突起变细短卷曲,出现空洞样膜缺损,整个细胞呈蜂窝结构。这种细胞可能是石英引起肺泡巨噬细胞表面结构破坏的特征性改变。
Bronchial alveolar lavage and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the effect of quartz on the surface structure of alveolar macrophages in rats. The results show that quartz can stimulate the phagocytic activity of cells and accelerate the disintegration of cells. The surface wrinkles or finger-like protrusions of activated cells become coarse, then decrease, the surface is bare, and the cell surface features are lost. Some cell surface wrinkles reduce or disappear, finger protrusions become thin and curly, there is a cavity-like membrane defect, the entire cell was honeycomb structure. This cell may be a characteristic change that quartz causes in the destruction of the surface structure of alveolar macrophages.
