目的:探讨汞中毒对大鼠听力功能的损伤以及锌、硒对大鼠听力功能的保护作用。方法:将40只雌雄各半Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组(A)、汞中毒组(B)、锌保护组(C)和硒保护组(D)四组。B、C、D三组分别用氯化汞(4 mg/kg)、氯化汞(4 mg/kg)和硫酸锌(4 mg/kg)、氯化汞(4 mg/kg)和亚硒酸钠(2 mg/kg)连续灌胃30 d,正常饲料和去离子水喂养,对照组正常饲料和生理盐水喂养,30 d后脑干电诱发电位测定大鼠听力功能。结果:B组大鼠脑干电诱发电位Ⅰ、Ⅱ波潜伏期明显长于A组,波峰明显低于A组,C、D组大鼠脑干诱发电位Ⅰ、Ⅱ波潜伏期没有延长或是延长不明显,波峰有所下降或是下降不明显。结论:B组大鼠听力明显下降,锌、硒对汞致大鼠听力功能的损伤有保护作用,且具有较强的保护雄性大鼠的作用。
Objective: To investigate the impairment of hearing function of rats with mercury poisoning and the protective effect of zinc and selenium on hearing function in rats. Methods: Forty female and male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group (A), mercury poisoning group (B), zinc protection group (C) and selenium protection group (D). Groups B, C and D were treated with mercuric chloride (4 mg / kg), mercuric chloride (4 mg / kg) and zinc sulphate (4 mg / kg) Sodium saccharin (2 mg / kg) was given intragastrically for 30 days, fed with normal diet and deionized water, and fed with normal diet and normal saline in control group. The brainstem response was measured after 30 days. Results: The latent periods of wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅱ in group B were significantly longer than those in group A, and the wave crests were lower than those in group A. The latent periods of wave Ⅰ and Ⅱ in group C and D were neither prolonged nor significantly prolonged , The peak decline or decline is not obvious. CONCLUSION: The hearing loss of rats in group B is obviously decreased. Zinc and selenium have protective effects on the hearing impairment of rats induced by mercury, and have a strong protective effect on male rats.
