目的了解2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯染毒对子代大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法两代繁殖试验大鼠,混饲法染毒,染毒浓度雌性大鼠为0、19.80、80.56和339.49 mg/kg,雄性大鼠为0、18.41、73.74和306.61 mg/kg,子鼠断乳后进行学习记忆功能测试。结果在避暗实验中,F1代子鼠各剂量组比较,错误次数(1.5、0.5、1.0、2.5)和潜伏期(42.5、48.5、26.5、26.0 s),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);F2代子鼠各剂量组比较,错误次数(1.5、1.0、1.0、0.5)和潜伏期(13.0、13.5、45.0、20.0 s),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在穿梭箱实验中,F1代子鼠各组比较,电击次数(8.0、7.0、6.0、7.0)、主动逃避时间(3.0、3.0、4.0、3.5 s),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组电击时间(15.0、11.0、9.0、13.0 s)两两比较结果显示,尚不能认为各组电击时间差异有统计学意义(P均>0.05)。F2代子鼠各组比较,电击次数(9.0、8.0、8.0、8.0)、电击时间(19.0、18.0、14.0、15.0 s)、主动逃避时间(2.0、2.0、2.0、2.0 s),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本实验的染毒时间和染毒剂量范围条件下,2-(4-苯氧基苯基)乳酸乙酯对大鼠子代幼鼠学习记忆功能无明显影响。
