目的:分析新生儿疾病筛查网络建设在贫困山区新生儿疾病工作中的重要作用。解析承德市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)和苯丙酮尿症(PKU)的发病情况。方法:采用时间分辨免疫荧光分析法和荧光法分析检测新生儿足跟血滤纸干血斑中促甲状腺素、苯丙氨酸含量。结果:全市新生儿疾病筛查率稳步上升。2008年城市新生儿疾病筛查率94.19%,农村新生儿疾病筛查率49.55%。结论:建立和完善城市新生儿疾病筛查网络是新生儿疾病筛查正常进行的基础,开展新生儿疾病筛查可以尽早发现新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症和苯丙酮尿症并给予早期治疗,对提高人口素质具有深远的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the important role of neonatal screening network construction in neonatal diseases in poor mountainous areas. Analysis of Chengde neonatal congenital hypothyroidism (CH) and phenylketonuria (PKU) incidence. Methods: The levels of thyroxine and phenylalanine in dried blood spots of neonatal heel filter were detected by time-resolved immunofluorescence assay and fluorescence analysis. Results: The city’s neonatal screening rate steadily increased. In 2008, the screening rate of neonatal diseases was 94.19% in urban areas and 49.55% in rural areas. Conclusion: Establishing and perfecting the screening network of neonatal diseases in urban areas is the basis for the normal screening of neonatal diseases. Neonatal screening for neonatal diseases can detect congenital hypothyroidism and phenylketonuria as soon as possible and give early treatment. To improve the quality of the population has far-reaching significance.
