用甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理诱导出具低表观直链淀粉含量的面包小麦(Triticum aestivum)突变体。此突变体的表观直链淀粉含量范围为14.0%—16.7%,约为农林61(26.5%)的一半,这个突变体的低直链淀粉含量的特性是可以遗传的。
Treatment with methyl methanesulfonate (EMS) induced mutant Triticum aestivum with low apparent amylose content. The apparent amylose content of this mutant ranged from 14.0% to 16.7%, about one-half of that of 61 (26.5%) in agriculture and forestry. The low amylose content of this mutant was heritable.
