文章从法学专业毕业实习的现状入手,认为导致不理想实习现状的原因是实习安排欠合理;实习过程监督不力;实习结果评价不科学。建议合理安排实习方式、时间、地点;安排实习任务注意“四个结合”;建立学院与实习单位协调管理机制;开展科学监督;构建对实习结果的科学评价体系;推行学院方与实习单位共同评价制。
The article starts with the status quo of graduation internship in law major. It is considered that the reasons leading to the unsatisfactory internship status are that the internship arrangement is not reasonable; the internship supervision is not good; and the internship result evaluation is unscientific. It is suggested to arrange internship method, time and place reasonably; to arrange internship task to pay attention to “four combinations”; to establish coordinating management mechanism between college and internship unit; to carry out scientific supervision; to construct scientific evaluation system of internship result; to promote college internship unit Common evaluation system.
