Two sets of 3x5 complete diallens were performed with three A lines, three corresponding B lines, and five R lines, respectively, to produce two plasmids with the same nuclear genotype and different cytoplasm (one with T. timopheevi cytoplasm , Ie A / R, another wheat hybrid having T. aestivum cytoplasm, ie B / R).
