目的了解近年来甘肃省白银市风疹疫情特征,为预防和控制风疹疫情提供基础数据。方法对国家疾病监测信息管理系统上报地白银市风疹监测数据进行描述性分析。结果 2007～2011年,白银市风疹报告发病率在3.21/10万～44.01/10万波动,各地区发病率差异有统计学意义(c2=682.31,P<0.01);每年4～6月为高发季节,占全年病例总数的70.77%;男女性别比为1.44∶1;7～14岁组儿童发病率较高,为66.96/10万;2007～2011年白银市风疹暴发疫情累计报告病例422例,占5年报告风疹病例总数的29.16%。结论近年来,白银市风疹报告发病率较高,暴发病例占较大比例,应提高监测、预警能力,强化预防接种,控制发病率。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of rubella in Baiyin, Gansu Province in recent years and provide basic data for the prevention and control of the epidemic of rubella. Methods A descriptive analysis of the rubella surveillance data reported by the National Disease Surveillance Information Management System in Baiyin City was made. Results The incidence of rubella reported in Baiyin fluctuated from 3.21 / 100 000 to 44.01 / 10 000 between 2007 and 2011, with significant difference in the incidence of various regions (c2 = 682.31, P <0.01). The incidence was high in April to June of each year Season, accounting for 70.77% of the total number of cases in the year; the sex ratio of men and women was 1.44:1; the incidence of children in the age group of 7-14 years old was 66.96 / 100000; the cumulative reported cases of rubella in 2007-20011 were 422 cases , Accounting for 29.16% of the total number of reported rubella cases in 5 years. Conclusion In recent years, the incidence of rubella reported in Baiyin City is relatively high, with a large proportion of outbreaks. Monitoring and early warning capability should be improved, vaccination should be intensified, and morbidity should be controlled.
