在辽西渤海湾400多公里的海岸线上,密集分布着锦州港、葫芦岛港、盘锦港以及在建的绥中港。在大量港口资源闲置的情况下,港口还在大干快上。这不仅造成了资源与资金浪费,也造成了海洋环境的污染和破坏,加剧了港口之间的恶性竞争。对此,必须科学合理有序的开发利用好现有的港口资源,加强港口资源的整合,避免多头重复建设。锦州港以其鲜明的区位优势、便捷的立体交通网络、广阔的腹地货源和自身的经营实力成为省内第三大港,在辽西港口资源整合中应突显其主力地位。
More than 400 kilometers of coastline in the Bohai Bay in western Liaoning, Jinzhou Port, Huludao Port, Panjin Port and Suizhong Port under construction are densely distributed. In the case of a large number of port resources idle, the port is still fast. This not only resulted in the waste of resources and capital, but also caused the pollution and destruction of the marine environment and exacerbated the vicious competition among the ports. In this regard, we must scientifically and orderly develop and make good use of existing port resources, strengthen the integration of port resources and avoid redundant construction. With its distinctive geographical advantages, convenient three-dimensional transportation network, vast hinterland supply and its own operational strength, Jinzhou Port becomes the third largest port in the province and should highlight its dominant position in the integration of harbor resources in western Liaoning.
