目的探讨正常足月妊娠妊娠期适宜的体重增长范围与出生体重和妊娠结局的关系。方法采用病例回顾分析的研究方法,对2003年在北京3所医院分娩的正常足月单胎孕产妇共4504例临床资料进行统计学分析。结果妊娠期增重(17.12±4.99)kg,出生体重(3416.55±414.90)g,建议适宜的出生体重在2900~3499g之间;按照孕前体重指数(BMI)低、中、高3组,妊娠期增重依次递减、出生体重依次递增,推荐的妊娠期适宜增重范围分别为14.00~19.50kg、13.00~19.00kg和11.00~18.50kg。结论建议新生儿出生体重控制在2900~3499g之间较为适宜,孕前BMI正常的妇女妊娠期增重应控制在16kg左右,有利于获得最佳妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the relationship between weight gain and pregnancy outcome in normal full-term pregnancy during pregnancy. Methods A retrospective case-based study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 4504 normal term singleton pregnant women delivered in 3 hospitals in Beijing in 2003. Results Weight gain during pregnancy (17.12 ± 4.99) kg, birth weight (3416.55 ± 414.90) g, recommended appropriate birth weight between 2900 ~ 3499g; according to pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) Weight loss followed by weight loss, birth weight increased in order, the recommended weight range for pregnancy were 14.00 ~ 19.50kg, 13.00 ~ 19.00kg and 11.00 ~ 18.50kg. Conclusions It is suggested that birth weight control should be between 2900 ~ 3499g in newborns. Pregnant women with normal BMI before pregnancy should be controlled at about 16kg, which is beneficial to obtain the best pregnancy outcome.
