一、教师首先要提高语文教师的个人水平、知识结构和语文素养课堂虽说学生是主人,是主体,但教师的主导作用、导演作用也是极其重要的,因此,教师个人的能力,即导演能力也是至关重要的,教师的能力也是是否实现课堂有效性的一个重要决定因素。教师的能力,包括语言表达能力、课堂驾驭能力、课堂应变能力以及教师的个人人格魅力、还有就是教师的个人业务水平和知识构架等。教师只有具备了这些能力,才有可能激发学生课堂的积极性、参与度。随着学生认知的丰富,教师更要见多识广,教师要多读书,这样才能应对课堂上学生千奇
