在新媒体时代下,随着各类求职节目相继亮相中国电视荧屏,电视求职这种新颖的求职方式受到了越来越多的关注。电视职场真人秀节目的兴起同国民受教育程度提高、高校扩招与就业竞争等深层次的社会因素有关,由于定位清晰、角色丰富、包装精致等原因使节目获得了巨大的成功。当然,这类节目同时也存在着求职者方向单一、远离现实生活等不足,针对这些不足,我们应采取拓宽职位范围、强化现实性等措施予以解决。
Under the new media era, as all types of job search programs have appeared on Chinese TV screens one after another, television has become more and more concerned about this new job search method. The rise of TV reality shows has been linked to deep-rooted social factors such as higher national education, higher education enrollment and employment competition. The programs have achieved great success due to their clear positioning, rich roles and exquisite packaging. Of course, there are also some shortcomings of such programs in the direction of job seekers and away from real life. In response to these deficiencies, we should take measures to broaden the scope of positions and enhance the reality.
