从资源状况等7个维度构建煤炭企业综合竞争力评价指标体系,遵从群效用最大化及个体遗憾最小化原则建立基于VIKOR的综合竞争力评价模型,并利用该方法对华能集团下属的5个已投产煤炭企业进行实证研究,结果表明:评价结果与煤炭企业综合竞争力的实际情况相符,建立的综合竞争力评价模型具备实用性与可行性。
This paper constructs the index system of comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of coal enterprises from the seven dimensions of resource status, establishes the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model based on VIKOR according to the principle of maximizing group utility and minimizing individual regrets. By using this method, The results show that the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprises, and the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation model established is practical and feasible.
