从上世纪末开始,气候问题越来越严重,造成的破坏涉及区域性、全球性,需要各方的积极努力,各国也越来越重视气候问题。我国处于社会主义经济发展的转型期,气候问题尤其大气污染问题对我们来说尤其严重,加快转变经济发展的同时也要着手解决好大气污染问题,本文针对京津冀一体化下的大气污染问题进行了初步研究,网络化管理作为大气污染治理的手段之一,是监控治理的现代化手段,结合外国大气污染治理的情况,重点谈谈京津冀一体化下的大气污染治理及措施。在京津冀一体化的背景下解决好大气污染问题,促进经济发展软着陆,做到经济与生态的和谐发展。
Since the end of the last century, the issue of climate has become more and more serious. The damage caused by the disaster has involved regional and global efforts and requires the active efforts of all parties. All countries are also paying increasing attention to climate issues. China is in the transitional period of socialist economic development. The climate problem, especially the air pollution problem is especially serious to us. While accelerating the economic development, we must also tackle the air pollution problem. This paper aims at the air pollution under the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Conducted a preliminary study, as one of the means of air pollution control, network management is a modern means of monitoring and control, combined with the foreign air pollution control situation, focusing on talk of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration of air pollution control and measures. In the context of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei solve the problem of air pollution and promote the soft landing of economic development, so that the harmonious development of economy and ecology.
