垂美榆直接在白榆行道树上高接换头技术,是垂美榆作行道树的最佳方法。为提出切实可行的高接换头技术,于1986—1987年以行道树白榆为砧木高接换头垂美榆,对嫁接的时期、方法、接穗的贮藏,生长状况进行了试验观察。试验结果证明:二年平均嫁接成活率89.8%,高接后新梢生长迅速,最长可达252cm,树冠形成快,当年呈伞形,具有很高的观赏价值,并很适应沈阳地区的栽培条件,这一技术措施的成功,为今后行道树或造园树的改造开辟了一个新途径。
The United States elm directly elm trees in the elm interchangeable head technology, is the best way for the United States Elm tree. In order to put forward the feasible technique of high head replacement, we used the tree elm as the rootstock to replace the old elm in 1986-1987. The grafting period, method, storage and growth of scion were tested. The test results showed that the average grafting survival rate in two years was 89.8%. After the fresh shoots were taken high, the shoots grew rapidly with a maximum length of 252cm. The canopy formed rapidly and was umbrella-shaped in the year, which was of high ornamental value and suitable for cultivation in Shenyang Conditions, the success of this technical measure opens up a new avenue for the future renovation of tree-growing or gardening trees.
