当代经济社会中,人们在衡量一个企业价值的时候,看到的不仅仅是企业所创造的经济价值,更多的是企业所带来的社会价值。企业价值不仅包括价值的创造,更重要的是如何实现创造的价值。影响企业价值创造和实现的因素很多,作为内部影响因素之一的企业文化,对企业价值的影响越来越深远。本文从企业文化的视角,引入企业社会责任作为企业文化组成一部分,研究了企业文化的各个层次与企业价值创造和实现之间的关系及其对企业价值的具体影响,进而通过企业文化的完善来提升企业价值。
