法科生就业难成为法学教育发展的一大障碍,究其原因主要是法科毕业生职业能力普遍较弱,不能满足用人单位的需求。各高校应进一步强化实践教学力度,以用人单位需求为基点,将职业能力培养与实践教学紧密的结合起来,达到提升学生职业能力,促进学生就业的目的。
The employment of law students is a major obstacle to the development of legal education. The main reason is that the occupational ability of law graduates is generally weak and can not meet the needs of employers. All colleges and universities should further strengthen the practice of teaching, in order to employers demand as the starting point, vocational ability training and practice teaching closely together, to enhance the professional ability of students to promote the employment of students.
