本文提出了数控加工中刀具的实时检测方法。该方法首先利用神经网络建立刀具的负载模型,然后根据该模型和断裂力学的相关理论,检测刀具所受的负载是否超过应力疲劳条件下的裂纹扩展负载。并作出相应的处理,使刀具不会出现脆性断裂,以保证加工的质量和机床的安全。
In this paper, a real-time tool detection method in NC machining is put forward. In this method, the load model of the tool is first established by using the neural network, and then the correlation between the model and the fracture mechanics is used to detect whether the load on the tool exceeds the crack propagation load under the stress fatigue condition. And make the appropriate treatment so that the tool will not appear brittle fracture, in order to ensure the quality of processing and machine safety.
