预制吊装技术应用于繁忙机场交通要道的快速修复是未来发展的必然趋势。本文通过建立有限元模型,分析了不同预制板块尺寸、预制板与原道面间接缝传荷设置和不同基础强度对修补后道面的结构承载能力的影响。通过分析表明,为了保证修补后道面结构承载能力,预制板块尺寸不宜小于原道面板块的1/2;应合理设置接缝传荷,确保接缝传荷能力不低于70%;应控制好预制板下基础的压实度,确保地基反应模量不低于80MN/m3。
Prefabricated lifting technology applied to the busy airport traffic arteries rapid repair is the inevitable trend of future development. Through the establishment of the finite element model, the influence of different prefabricated slab size, joint load transfer between prefabricated slab and original slab, and the different basic strength on the structural bearing capacity of repaired slab is analyzed. The analysis shows that in order to ensure the bearing capacity of repaired pavement structure, the size of the prefabricated slab should not be less than 1/2 of the original slab. The joint load transfer should be set reasonably to ensure that the joint load carrying capacity is not less than 70% Good compaction under the precast plate foundation to ensure that the reaction modulus of the foundation is not less than 80MN / m3.
