1.患者简介患者,男性,65岁,时有头痛、头晕,家中自测血压一般为137～142/85～92 mmHg,而到医院诊病,所测血压则低于140/90 mmHg.行动态血压测量值为≥140/90 mmHg.患者被疑为隐蔽性高血压。
1. Patient Profile The patient, male, 65 years old with headache and dizziness, has a self-rated blood pressure of 137 to 142/85 to 92 mmHg at home and has a blood pressure lower than 140/90 mmHg at a hospital visit. Ambulatory blood pressure measurements were ≥140 / 90 mmHg. Patients were classified as Hidden Hypertension.
