近年来,我国在经济建设方面取得了巨大的成就,各行各业都进入到了快速发展的时期。在社会主义市场经济体制下,企业的竞争越来越激烈,因而要想有效提高企业的竞争力,企业就必须在保证产品服务质量的基础上积极提高管理水平,降低生产成本。个性化管理为目前一种比较新的管理模式,可以全面提高企业核心竞争力。本文将简单分析个性化管理对于全面提高企业核心竞争力的作用,希望能对有关人士有所帮助。
In recent years, our country has made tremendous achievements in economic construction, and all walks of life have entered a period of rapid development. Under the socialist market economic system, the competition of enterprises is more and more fierce. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises must actively improve the management level and reduce the production costs on the basis of ensuring the quality of products and services. Personalized management is a relatively new management mode, which can comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article will briefly analyze the role of personalized management for the overall improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises, hoping to help the people concerned.
