对于一个班集体来说,班主任起到组织的作用,也是这个班级所有工作任务的首要执行者,带领班级学生更好的生活、学习。班主任教育管理工作的艺术性是班主任管理能力的一种体现,同时也直接影响了这个班级学生的学习能力等。因此,作为班主任在教育管理工作中,应该学会做好多种角色的转换,既要做学生们的严师,也要做学生们的益友,构建平等交流的和谐的师生关系,促进学生的全面发展。本篇文章就主要围绕班主任的教育管理艺术性展开研究,探讨其如何做好班主任教育工作。
For a class collective, the class teacher plays the role of organization, but also the chief executive of all tasks in this class, leading students in class better living and learning. The artistry of class teacher education management is an embodiment of class manager’s management ability, and it also directly affects the learning ability of this class of students. Therefore, as a teacher in charge of class, we should learn how to change a great deal of roles. We must not only be a teacher of students, but also be a good friend of students. We should establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students so as to promote the all-round development of students . This article mainly focuses on the head teacher’s educational management art to study how to do class teacher education.
