自2013年8月12日国务院印发《“宽带中国”战略及实施方案》以来,围绕宽带覆盖、能力提升、宽带应用、产业发展四个方面和我国宽带发展2015年阶段性目标以及2020年长期目标,电信运营商下大力气,多管齐下,推动宽带发展迈上新台阶。但与城市宽带市场相比,我国农村宽带基础设施仍然比较薄弱,业务应用等更是与城市无法比拟。据统计,目前我国宽带市场农村宽带家庭拥有率不足20%,拓展农村宽带市场已是大势所趋。
Since the State Department issued its “Broadband China” Strategy and Implementation Plan on August 12, 2013, it has focused on four aspects of broadband coverage, capacity enhancement, broadband applications and industrial development, as well as the 2015 phased goal of broadband development in China and 2020 Long-term goal, telecom operators make great efforts, multi-pronged approach to promote broadband development to a new level. However, compared with the urban broadband market, China’s rural broadband infrastructure is still relatively weak, and business applications are even more unmatched than the city. According to statistics, at present, the broadband ownership rate of rural broadband households in China’s broadband market is less than 20%, and expanding the rural broadband market is the trend of the times.
