2011年,是一个崭新的起点,是“十二五”规划开局的关键之年。我们将隆重纪念中国共产党成立90周年,继续深入学习贯彻党的十七大和十七届五中全会精神,把握历史机遇,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以人为本,解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、开拓创新,全面推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设以及党的建设,继续努力开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面。2011年,是中国美协和中国美术事业继续锐意进取的一年。我们将在“十二五”规划的大框架下,深入思考、制定中国美术未来五年发展的方向、策略,积极推进文化创新、深化体制改革、增强发展活力。配合党和国家发展大局,组织策划“纪念中国共产党成立90周年全国美术作品展”、“天山南北——中国美术作品展”、“纪念西藏和平解放60周年全国美术作品展”、“第四届全国青年美展”等大型美术活动,以写生创作活动催生精品佳作、以高质量美术工作培养中青年人才。在中宣部和中国文联的领导下,在全国美术家的大力支持下,中国美术事业一定能够在不断发展中取得新的成就!
2011 is a brand new starting point and a crucial year for the start of the “12th Five-Year Plan”. We will solemnly commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and continue studying and implementing the spirit of the 17th CPC Congress and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee. We will seize historical opportunities and follow the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ Scientific Outlook on Development, Putting People First, Emancipating the Mind, Seeking Truth from Facts, Keeping Pace with the Times, Pioneering and Innovating, and Pushing Forward the Construction of Socialist Economic, Political, Cultural, Social, Ecological Civilizations and Party Building in an All-Round Way, Striving to Create Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Career new situation. In 2011, it was a year for the Chinese Artists Association and the Chinese fine arts to continue to forge ahead with determination. Under the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” framework, we will think deeply and formulate the direction and strategies for the development of Chinese fine arts in the next five years. We will actively promote cultural innovation, deepen structural reform and enhance the vitality of development. In line with the overall development of the party and the state, it plans and organizes the National Art Exhibition “Commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese Communist Party,” “Tianshan North and South - Exhibition of Chinese Fine Arts Works,” and “National Art Exhibition in Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Liberation of Tibet. ”,“ Fourth National Youth Art Exhibition ”and other large-scale art activities to sketch creation activities spawned masterpieces, high quality art work to train young talents. Under the leadership of the Central Propaganda Department and China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, with the strong support of the national artists, the Chinese fine arts will surely be able to make new achievements in its continuous development.
