目的:探讨影响鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者治疗依从性的因素,为提高其依从性提供合理护理对策。方法:对100例鼻咽癌患者的各项治疗依从性状况进行调查,并对可能影响患者治疗依从性的相关因素进行分析。结果:鼻咽癌患者的治疗依从性与年龄、文化程度、经济状况、对疾病的认知、治疗的毒副反应、社会支持水平等密切相关。结论:影响患者治疗依从性的因素是多方面的,通过提高患者的社会支持力度以及个性化的护理指导来提高各项治疗依从性,从而进一步提高治疗效果及生存质量。
Objective: To explore the factors influencing the treatment compliance of patients with concurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) concurrent chemoradiotherapy and provide reasonable nursing countermeasures to improve their compliance. Methods: To investigate the treatment compliance of 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to analyze the related factors that may affect the compliance of the patients. Results: The treatment compliance of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is closely related to age, education level, economic status, cognition of diseases, toxic and side effects of treatment and social support. CONCLUSIONS: There are many factors that influence the patient’s compliance with treatment. They can improve the treatment effect and quality of life by improving the patients’ social support and personalized nursing guidance to improve the treatment compliance.
