目的:调查分析文昌市孕妇的膳食结构和营养摄入状况。方法:选取文昌市100例孕妇就膳食状况进行调查并分析,得出文昌市孕妇的膳食结构和营养摄入状况,调查以中国居民中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量和孕妇平衡膳食宝塔作为对比参考标准。结果:抽取的孕妇早中晚期碳水化合物、蛋白质的摄入量明显低于推荐摄入量,差异具有统计学意义;而脂肪、蔬菜和水果的摄入量明显高于推荐摄入量,中晚期豆类、水产的摄入量明显低于推荐摄入量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为改善文昌市孕妇的膳食结构和营养摄入状况,应减少孕妇在中晚期脂肪、水果、蔬菜的摄入,多食用海产品、豆类及碳水化合物等食物已补充各种孕期所需元素。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the dietary structure and nutritional intake of pregnant women in Wenchang. Methods: 100 pregnant women in Wenchang were selected to investigate and analyze the dietary status of pregnant women in Wenchang city. The dietary structure and nutrition intake of pregnant women in Wenchang were drawn. The survey was based on the reference intake of dietary nutrients of Chinese residents and the balanced pagoda of pregnant women standard. Results: The carbohydrate and protein intake of pregnant women in early and middle stages were significantly lower than the recommended intake, the difference was statistically significant; while the intake of fat, vegetables and fruits was significantly higher than the recommended intake, The intake of beans and aquatic products was significantly lower than the recommended intake, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In order to improve the dietary structure and nutrition intake of pregnant women in Wenchang, the intake of fat, fruits and vegetables in pregnant women should be reduced. The consumption of more seafood, beans and carbohydrates and other foods has been supplemented by various kinds of pregnancy element.
