目的 观察头孢地尼对 5种儿童常见社区获得性感染致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法 以头孢克洛作为对照 ,采用E test法对金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他莫拉菌和流感嗜血杆菌进行体外最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)测定。结果 头孢地尼对金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、青霉素敏感肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌和卡他莫拉菌 (包括 β 内酰胺酶阴性和 β 内酰胺酶阳性菌株 )的MIC90 值均小于 1mg/L ,其抗菌活性优于头孢克洛。 结论 头孢地尼对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌均有广泛的抗菌作用 ,对产酶的细菌也有较好的抗菌活性。
Objective To observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefdinir on five kinds of common community-acquired pathogenic bacteria in children. Methods Cefaclor was used as control. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis and Haemophilus influenzae was determined by E test. Results The MIC90 values of cefdinir against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, penicillin-susceptible Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis (including β-lactamase-negative and β-lactamase-positive strains) Less than 1mg / L, its antibacterial activity is better than cefaclor. Conclusion Cefdinir has broad antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, and also has good antibacterial activity against bacteria producing enzymes.
