菲得型蒸汽机车汽机鞲鞴杆后端锥体部分产生裂纹,是在洗修时经常出现的超修程项目。我段在半年中,对18台运用机车进行了180次洗修,在16台机车上共出现了40次汽机鞲鞴杆裂纹,更换了17套鞲鞴杆十字头机构、报废了6根鞲鞴杆,即平均每五次洗修就出现一次鞲鞲杆裂纹的超修程项目。这不但加重了段的检修工作量,而且威胁着运输安全。因此,分析和研究该处产生裂纹的原因,对提高检修质量和保证运输安全是有现实意义的。
Philippine-type steam locomotive steam generator bar cracked rear cone, is often repaired in the repair of the project. In the first half of this year, I carried out 180 washing works on 18 sets of locomotives. In total, 40 steam locomotive pole cracks were found on 16 locomotives, 17 sets of stalk bar crossheads were replaced, and 6 pieces of stumps were scrapped鞴 rod, that is, an average of every five times to repair a 鞲 鞲 rod crack over-repair project. This not only aggravated the overhaul workload but also threatened the transportation safety. Therefore, it is of practical significance to analyze and study the causes of cracks in this area to improve the quality of maintenance and to ensure the safety of transportation.
