膈下逐瘀汤联合环磷酰胺对EAC肝癌小鼠细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

[目的]研究膈下逐瘀汤联合环磷酰胺对小鼠EAC肝癌细胞的抗癌作用及机制。[方法]40只小鼠,皮下注射浓度为2.0×106/mL的EAC肝癌小鼠细胞株0.2 mL/只,分别给予膈下逐瘀汤、环磷酰胺、膈下逐瘀汤联合环磷酰胺处理小鼠,10d后处死小鼠计算抑瘤率;HE染色下观察肿瘤细胞形态学改变。[结果]膈下逐瘀汤联合环磷酰胺抑制肿瘤作用最明显,其抑瘤率为38.65%。中西联合用药能有效的诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。[结论]膈下逐瘀汤联合环磷酰胺对EAC肝癌小鼠细胞有明显的抑瘤作用,其抑制肿瘤的机制可能是诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。 [Objective] To study the anticancer effect and mechanism of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide on mouse EAC hepatoma cells. [Method] Forty mice were subcutaneously injected with 0.2 mL / mL EAC hepatoma cell line at a concentration of 2.0 × 106 / mL, and were given Gexia Zhuyu Decoction, cyclophosphamide, and Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide The mice were sacrificed 10 days later and the mice were sacrificed to calculate the tumor inhibition rate. Morphological changes of the tumor cells were observed under HE staining. [Result] Combination of Gexia Zhuyu decoction with cyclophosphamide had the most obvious inhibitory effect on tumor, and its antitumor rate was 38.65%. Combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively induce tumor cell apoptosis. [Conclusion] Gexiazhuyutang combined with cyclophosphamide has obvious anti-tumor effect on EAC hepatocarcinoma cells in mice, and its mechanism of inhibiting tumor may be inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells.
