目的研究牛初乳短链胰岛素样生长因子－１（ＢＣ－ｔＩＧＦ－１）对链脲佐菌素（ＳＴＺ）糖尿病大鼠心肌的作用。方法观察了口服牛初乳制剂和腹腔注射ＢＣ－ｔＩＧＦ－１５周对ＳＴＺ糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构的影响。结果电镜观察显示糖尿病大鼠心肌肌原纤维结构紊乱，毛细血管基底膜增厚，周围糖蛋白沉积；ＢＣ－ｔＩＧＦ－１治疗组心肌结构基本同正常大鼠。结论ＢＣ－ｔＩＧＦ－１对糖尿病大鼠心肌结构有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of bovine colostrum short chain insulin-like growth factor-1 (BC-tIGF-1) on myocardium in streptozotocin (STZ) diabetic rats. Methods The effects of oral colostrum preparation and intraperitoneal injection of BC-tIGF-15weeks on myocardial ultrastructure in STZ diabetic rats were observed. Results Electron microscopy showed that cardiac myofibrillar structure was disturbed, capillary basement membrane thickening and peripheral glycoprotein deposition were found in diabetic rats. The myocardial structure in BC-tIGF-1 group was almost the same as that in normal rats. Conclusion BC-tIGF-1 has a protective effect on myocardial structure in diabetic rats.
