开展创业教育、培养创业人才,成为高职院校教育改革和发展的主要方向之一。文章分析了高职院校创业教育现状及存在问题,构建高职院校创业教育体系,包括创业教育目标体系构建、创业教育课程体系构建、创业教育师资队伍构建、创业教育评价机制构建、创业教育保障机制构建等方面。
Carrying out entrepreneurship education and cultivating entrepreneurship talents have become one of the main directions of education reform and development in higher vocational colleges.
